This article will assist with the steps of transferring a customer, prospect, or member from one location to another. This functionality is only available for staff with Corporate access.
NOTE: To move a user to another location within your group the new location must have the same sales package and service/class credits that the user has active on their account within their current location.
There are 2 different pathways you can take to transfer a client.
Option 1:
Lookup the User and Access the Move Tool
Access your ClubReady Corporate Portal. From the Customer/Member tab click on the Move Customer/Member sub-tab. Lookup the user by their user ID, select the location in which the user is to be moved and click Move to this Club.
Option 2:
1. Access your ClubReady Corporate Portal
2. Lookup Location Client is currently at.
Navigate to Main > Dashboard > search for location name > click on the house icon on the left side.
3. Lookup Client you need to transfer
Navigate to Prospect or Customer/Member. Locate and select the user and click on All Detail > General > Move This User to a Different Location. This step will automatically direct you to our Move Member Tool.
4. Move Client
Select the location in which the user needs to be moved from the drop down and click Move to this Club.
Frequently Asked Questions:
1. Is a duplicate profile created when moving a profile?
When a profile is moved from location to location, the profile is relocated. A "copy" of their profile will not exist.
2. Does all information remain with the user when moving a profile?
Yes. All user details remain in place when a user is moved from one location to another.
3. Will payments made be taken from club sales?
No. Payments made will remain under the location in which the sale occurred
