Navigating The Dashboard At The Corporate Level
Navigate to Main > Dashboard.
1. Searching Locations
You are able to locate a list of all locations in a chain. Use the filters available to narrow down your search by Divisions, Districts, Club Name or if they have sold a deal or not. To access a specific club, click on the house located on the left side of the location name.
2. Reports
The dashboard will display a snapshot report displaying Gross Sales for all locations for Today versus This Period (Corporate Reporting Period).
The report will list in by category including: New Membership Sales, New Add-Ons, New Service, Total New EFT, Products, Draft, Past Dues, Collections, New prospects, Classes and Prospects.
To view more details on the sales, click on the graph icon located on the right side of certain reports.
