This article will guide you on how to save an existing agreement which thereafter can be emailed to a client.
1. Locate the Agreement
Under the Prospect, Members or Custs tab, use the search bar to generate a search for the client. Click on the client to select him or her from the results.
Once selected, click on the Agreements tab to view customer's agreements. After identifying the correct agreement, click the Full Details button.
2. Download the PDF
Click the PDF symbol / icon showing on the Agreement Summary. After the agreement loads, click the save symbol / icon. Please be aware the symbol / icon may look different per browser, but it has the same functionality.
3. Save the Agreement and Send Email
A new window will open allowing you to save the agreement in a desired location. Select the correct folder, enter a File name: and click the Save button when finished. Lastly, access the club's or personal work email account and add the PDF agreement file as an attachment of the email to a member or customer.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
