This video and article will guide you through setting which locations have access to a class created at the Corporate level.
Navigate to Setup > Scheduling > Classes / Group.
Click on the edit pencil next to the class. Once you are in the class settings, click on the Locations tab. You will see a list of all divisions and/or districts created for your chain. Click on Expand to view all locations within that section. Select Yes to add the location.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Corporate - General: Can access corporate setup
