This article will guide you through generating and understanding the Club Billing Settings Report.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
- This report is only available within the corporate portal.
1. Access The Report
Navigate to Reports > Intelligence > Club Billing Settings.
Select from the drop down to view a specific Division / District / Club.
Click on the checkbox Email Report? if you want the spreadsheet to be sent to your email address.
Select Run Report to view the details.
2. Understanding Your Report
Division - Club's division name
District - Club's district name
Location Name - Club's name
Store ID - Club's ClubReady ID
Store Status - Club's ClubReady Status: General Active, Inactive, In Setup, Demo, To Be Cancelled, Presale.
Billing Type - Club's ClubReady Billing Status:
Remit Status - This will show as either ON or OFF
PDC Done By - Club's Past Due Communications is handled by either: Club, ClubReady, ClubReady/GymHQ.
Credit Card Draft Status - This will show as either ON or OFF
ACH Draft Status - This will show as either ON or OFF
Credit Balance Draft Status - This will show as either ON or OFF
Refund Status - This will show as either ON or OFF
Past Due Status - This will show as either ON or OFF
Late Pay Fee Status - This will show as either ON or OFF
To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Corporate - Reporting: Can access reports (must be enabled to see any reports)
- Corporate - Reporting: Can access Intelligence: Club Billing Settings
