This video will guide you though adding a new staff member at the corporate level.
1. Add New Staff
Navigate to Staff > Add A New Staff Member.
2. Add Staff Details
1. Select the gender of the staff member. (required)
2. Enter the staff member's date of birth and date of hire. (optional)
3. Select the staff type from drop down menu and location. (required) Please note: If Club Master Admin is selected, the staff member will receive ALL permissions at the club level.
4. Enter the staff member's first and last name. (required)
5. Enter the social security number of the staff member (optional)
6. Enter the staff member's address (optional)
7. Enter the phone number(s) [phone, cell or alt phone] for the staff member (recommended)
8. Enter the staff member's email address (recommended)
9. Enter the emergency contact information for the staff member (optional)
10. If the club uses ADP for payroll, enter the Company Code, File Number and Home Department information. If entered, it will be included to expedite file uploads into ADP easier.
11. Select whether you would like to have the staff member's login credential sent to the above inputted email address. (recommended)
Select Click To Add New Staff Member button to save the staff member and their details.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Corporate - General: Can access staff tab
- Corporate - General: Can add / update staff
