This article and video will show you how to generate a report of logged session and classes for a date range. This report can be generated for the staff member who is currently logged into ClubReady. This report is helpful in self-auditing services and classes that you were the instructor for during a certain time range. It can also be used as a predictor of what your session payroll may be if you get paid per service/class provided.
Please Note:
- Only logged (completed) sessions and classes will be included in this report.
1. Access Report
Navigate to Bookings > My Session History.
The report will be generated for whoever is currently logged into ClubReady. Select the dates you wish to generate the report for by clicking on the to and from calendar or choosing for the Preset Date Ranges. Click Generate Report.
Your results will show on the webpage and include:
#ID: Booking ID number (if a one-on-one session).
Date: Date of the session or class.
Time: Time range of the session or class.
Customer: Customer name (if a one-on-one session) or number of class attendees. Clicking on a customer name will bring you to their All Detail page.
Session Type: Description of the session or class.
Pay: Pay amount for the session or class.
Status: Status of the session or class (primary instructor, completed, etc).
2. Download Export
This report can also be exported to Excel by clicking on the export link. The Excel export will contain more information including 2 tabs: Bookings and Class Attendance.
The Bookings tab will display:
Booking ID: Booking ID number.
Date: Date of the session or class.
Start Time: Start time of the session or class.
End Time: End time of the session or class.
Provider: Trainer name.
Customer: Customer name or number of class attendees.
Credit Added: When the session credit (if applicable) was added to the customer's account.
Paid Credit: If the session credit used (if applicable) was a paid credit.
Credit Invoice: Invoice number of the payment made to purchase the session credit.
Session Type: Description of the service or class.
Package Name: Sales package name, if the credit came from a sales package.
Payroll Eligible: Is the session or class payroll eligible or not eligible.
Cost $: Cost to the club to provide the service or class.
Price $: Price to charge the customer for the service or class.
Status: Status of the service or class (Completed, Customer No Show, Primary/Secondary Instructor).
Grandfathered: Is this session or class grandfathered.
Services Name: If a service, the name of the service.
Mins: Duration of the service or class.
Payroll Code: Payroll Code of the class or service.
The Class Attendance tab will display:
Location: Club location the class took place.
Class Name: Name of the class.
Class Date: Date of the class.
Start Time: Start time of the class.
End Time: End time of the class.
Employee Name: Name of the provider for the class.
Employee ID: ID number of the provider.
Attendee Name: Name of the customer who registered for the class.
Attendee ID: ID number of the customer.
Package Name: Sales package name, if the credit came from a sales package.
Status: Customer status, Show or No Show.
Standard Price: Price of the class.
Invoice ID: ID number of the invoice used to pay for the class credit (if applicable).
Notes Count: Number of notes associated with the booking ID.
