This article will walk you through changing the start date of an agreement.
Please Note:
- This tool will not change any invoice dates which were setup when the agreement was sold.
- This tool is primarily to be used for data corrections when initially entering data into ClubReady.
- The client's expiration date will also not be affected (does not apply to PT Studios).
- The agreement will now appear in reporting as sold on this new adjusted date.
1. Access Purchased Agreements: Navigate to Members > Member Lookup and select the desired client. Click All Detail > Billing > Agreements button.
2. Edit Purchase Date: Click the edit pencil next to the agreement date. Click the Update button to save your settings.
Why can't I adjust the purchase date of an agreement?
- Please ensure that you have the appropriate permissions to make this adjustment. Permissions include: Managing Agreements - Can view client agreements and Managing Agreements - Can edit agreement sold date.
Can I set the agreement date to a date in the past or in the future?
- Yes, you can! Please keep in mind, doing this does not adjust any invoices. Additionally, the sale date for the agreement will remain the same and cannot be adjusted.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Customer Management : Managing Agreements - Can view client agreements
- Customer Management : Managing Agreements - Can edit agreement sold date
