First Visits Report
This article will walk you through generating and understanding the First Visits report and it's options.
1. Access Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Credits/Bookings > First Visits.
Use the calendar to manually select the date range of the report or choose a preselected date range to the right.
Next, select the clients to be included in the report. The default option will include Prospects and Members. You can adjust the report by including Prospects only or Members only.
Then, select from the following filters:
Include Visits Not Yet Logged defaults to being selected, meaning that it will include first bookings that have not been marked as a show or no show. If you do not want to include unlogged bookings, then unselect this option.
Exclude ClassPass defaults to not being selected, meaning it will include first bookings that are from ClassPass.
Exclude Gym Pass defaults to not being selected, meaning it will include first bookings that are from Gym Pass.
Click Run Report.
2. Understanding Your Report
The following information will appear:
Membership Conversation Rate (%) The number of those converted to a membership within the time frame divided by the total number of first visits on the report
Total Conversation Rate (%) The number of members converted + anyone who bought a non-membership agreement divided by the total number of first visits on the report.
To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF or Excel.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
