Features Overview
When you click on the SUPPORT + GET HELP tab the menu expands out providing 5 options.

This option allows you to get answers quickly unless your request will require some detailed research, settings change to your site which may require a ticket be created to track status and progress.
- Something doesn't seem to work as I expected it to. - This feature allows you to submit a request directly into our ticketing system. This option is best for any hardware setup, troubleshooting items that do not work as you expect or any requests that may be really detailed issue what may require more research or progress needs to be tracked.
