This article will guide you in assigning a Guest Pass type to a prospect. Guest passes can be issued to prospects, allowing you to track them while they are on a limited pass to your club.

1. Adding a Guest Pass Type To A Prospect Account
To assign a Guest Pass Type, go to the Prospects tab to search and select your prospect. From the prospect summary page, select the edit pencil next to Guest Pass.
Once you have selected the edit pencil from the summary page, you will be able to select the desired Guest Pass Type and review related options.
Pass Type - select an an available Guest Pass type.
Activate Now - If you are ready to activate the Guest Pass Type, select Yes. *If the Guest Pass Type selected auto activates per the setup, there will not be an option here.
Will Expire - This will tell you how long this pass will be active upon activation.
Issue Guest Pass - Click here to complete the process of assigning this Guest Pass Type.
2. Identifying A Prospect On A Guest Pass
If a prospect is checking in on a Guest Pass, you will be able to identify their Guest Pass type in the check-in monitor.
You will be able to sort your prospect list using the Guest Pass Status Filter. You may view your Issued (Not Yet Active), Active, and Expired Guest Passes.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
