Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can a guest pass be assigned to a prospect without activating it immediately?
A: Yes. If Auto Activate When Issued is set to No, the pass can be assigned to a prospect and activated at a later date when they are ready to begin using it.
Q: Can staff edit the expiration date when issuing a guest pass?
A: This depends on how the guest pass type is configured. If Is Expiration Editable is enabled, staff will have the ability to adjust the expiration date at the time of issuance.
Q: What happens when the Maximum Issued Count is reached?
A: Once the maximum number of passes of a given type has been issued, no additional passes of that type can be issued until the count is adjusted. If you need to increase the limit, navigate back to Setup > Leads > Guest Pass Types and update the Maximum Issued Count for that pass type.
