This article will guide you through accessing and adding a fitness evaluation to a client.
1. Access Client Profile
Search and select the desired client. Click on the Wellness button to continue.
From the Wellness tab, select the link Add A New Fitness Evaluation.
2. Add An Evaluation
Clicking on Add A New Fitness Evaluation will update the screen to look like the one below. By default a fitness evaluation will be created for current day. If you want to enter a fitness evaluation performed on a previous day click on the correct month and day on the calendar. Click the button Go To Next Step.
The fitness evaluation tests that are available are displayed below. ClubReady has up to 13 evaluations that can be added to this list of available presentations. To learn more on the steps to enable other evaluation options, click here. To enter results for a test click on the button Add This Evaluation.
The values to enter will vary per test. For this example we will enter in the systolic and diastolic pressure for blood pressure. Once you enter in the test values, click the Submit button to save your changes.
After clicking the Submit button on a test you will be taken back to the list of tests. If you need to edit or remove the results of a test click the edit pencil or click the red x button for that specific test. To add an additional test click on the Add This Evaluation button.

Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Prospect Management - Can access prospects
- Member Management: General - Can access member options
- Member Management: Wellness - Can access member wellness options
