This article will guide you through setting up automatic lead assignment rules in ClubReady. Lead assignment rules allow new leads to be automatically distributed to specific staff types based on the weightings you define.

- Club Setup - Can Access Lead Assignment Setup
How to Set Up Lead Assignment Rules
Navigate to Setup > Automation > Lead Assignment. This screen will display a list of all existing staff types at your location.
Assign a weight to each staff type using the weighting options provided:
- Gets None — Select this if you do not want leads assigned to this staff type.
- Scale 1–10 — Select a number to control how frequently this staff type receives leads. A lower number means fewer leads assigned; a higher number means more leads assigned.
When a new lead is added, ClubReady will automatically assign them to the appropriate staff type based on the rules configured here.
