This article to guide you through refunding a credit balance to cash and written check.
1. Access Payment History
Search and select a desired member. Click on the BILLING button to advance to the invoices.
2. Access Transaction Ledger
Clicking the BILLING button will take you to the invoices screen. Click the Transaction Ledger option. Select the button Issue Credit Balance Refund.
3. Issue A Credit Balance Refund
The maximum refund account of credit on account will populate, you can adjust the refund amount if desired. Select the method of refund which is either cash or a written check. A written check means the check is being written by the club. Add an optional note if desired. To complete the refund click the Log Refund button.
- NOTE: Refunds issued back to Client Credit Balance (credit on account) by accident can be reversed. Reach out to ClubReady Support to complete the process.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Prospect Management - Can access prospects
- Member Management - General - Can access member options
- Member Management : Payments Related - Can view member billing information
- Member Management : Payments Related - Can Adjust Invoices / Refunds
