This video and article will guide you through using the Bulk Agreement Adjustment tool. This will allow you to adjust specific or all invoices tied to an agreement.
1. Access Agreement Details
On the member's summary screen click the Agreements tab. Locate the agreement you want to bulk adjust invoices for and click the Full Details button.
2. Access Bulk Adjustment Screen
Once in the agreement details view, click Invoices > Bulk Adjust. This button is in the upper right hand corner.
Select multiple invoices individually or the Select All check box. Click the drop-down for Adjust Selected Unpaid Invoices. This will provide you with the following options:
Cancel - This will cancel all invoices you have selected.
Extend Due Dates - This will allow you to extend the due dates by 1 - 12 weeks. This also allows you to change the day of the month invoices are billed.
Adjust Amount - This will allow you to change the amount due for the invoices you selected.
To complete your selected change click the Adjust Agreement button. To complete your change, you will need to click confirm.

- No, you can only bulk adjust invoices which are tied to an agreement.

- No, invoices can only be adjust going forward but not going backward.
