This article will guide you through using the PIQ website to schedule and check clients into classes.
Requirements - A staff member with the login information for access to the PIQ kiosk.

Accessing The Piq kiosk
To access the PIQ Kiosk booking grid, enter https:://yourclub.myperformanceiq.com/bookings/kioskApp. Once you are brought to the Login page, enter your Email Address and Password to Login.
Once you have logged in, you will be brought to the bookings page. On this page, a list of the available classes for the day will display, allowing members to check themselves into a class they had previously booked into, or they will have the option to make a new class booking if there are open spaces remaining. If clients would like to view other locations, select the other location with the Location dropdown > Fetch Classes. To Log Out, click the Log Out button on the top right of the page.
After selecting a specific class, you will be brought to the Class List for the class. For clients who have already booked into the class, simply click the Check In button.
After a successful check in, a check mark will display next to the client's name.
If you're club uses the PIQ Leaderboard dashboard, click Options to enable the client's profile to show on the Leaderboard.
If your club utilizes a rental system, you will be able to specify if the client will be using this service here as well.
If a walk in client wants to book into a class they have not yet registered for, they will be able to book into the class by clicking New Booking.
Within the New Booking pop up confirmation, the client will then need to enter the phone number associated with their profile.
Note: Clients must be entered into the system in order to book into a class using the phone number option.
