This article will guide you through how to get started on the setup process for Brivo door access integration.
General Overview of Brivo Door Access
The entire setup process can take 4-8 weeks and the following steps must be completed in the specific order described below.
Contact Brivo Sales Team
1. Contact Brivo Sales Team by email sales@brivo.com or phone 1.866.692.7486 (866.MYBRIVO) Monday-Friday 8am-7pm EST.
The Brivo Sales Team will help you connect the with an Authorized Brivo Dealer/Reseller in your region.
The Authorized Brivo Dealer/Reseller will help you choose the best hardware for your facility and help schedule installation with a local security contractor and will create and configure your Brivo Onair account.
2. After your Brivo Onair account has been created; download, electronically fill out, save and email the Authorization for Release Form to support@clubready.com

This form must be on file with ClubReady before we can begin our part of the setup process. Each club owner must have this form on file regardless of how many locations owned & operated.
3. After the door panel(s) have been installed please create in ClubReady a Senior Admin account by using our Brivoadmin@clubready.com email address. When creating the account, we will also need the permission to the Classic On Air.
4. Contact ClubReady with the facility code and format being used.
5. Contact ClubReady to let us know if the doors and panels are showing in the Brivo OnAir Site.
6. After the above information has been received by ClubReady, engineers will write the backend code integrating your door panel with your ClubReady account. This step will take 7-10 days to complete.
7. Lastly, you will test the doors for access and check-ins appearing on your ClubReady sites Check In Monitor page
