This article will show you how to create a PIF (Paid-in-Full) sales package.
1. Adding a Sales Package
Navigate to Package Setup by clicking on Setup > Sales > Sales Packages.
Packages are kept in folders. Select the folder you would like your PIF to be in. Click on Add A Sales Package for the sub-folder that you want your package to reside.
After clicking you will now enter the name of your package. Choose what type of package you are creating. You can clone an existing package from the drop down if you would like. Click on Add The New Sales Package.
2. Sales Package Settings
For a Paid In Full Package the Package Duration is how long the term will be for this agreement. Package Duration can be set to days or months. For example a 6 month PIF would have a duration of 6 months, 12 month PIF would have a duration of 12 months. The Package Standard Price is required and would be the total cost of the Paid In Full. A minimum/maximum price can also be added but is optional. Select which contract you want the client to see and sign during the agreement process.
For a Paid In Full Package are able to make some Auto-Renew Evergreen selections if you would like. Some auto-renew examples:
Auto-renew with the same package so that every duration an invoice is created for the customer for the same price.
Auto-renew with a different package so maybe the customer will simply roll over to a Monthly billing package you offer in your club.
Once you have completed your initial package setup click the Update Settings button to save your changes.
3. Sales Package Installments
Installments will allow you to create Setup Fees or Enable Package For Online Purchase.
4. Sales Package Included
Included will allow you to set up to issue session credits or amenities with the purchase of this package.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Club Setup: Can access setup
- Club Setup: Can access sales packages setup
