This article and video will guide you through communicating with your past due clients through text messaging.
1. Access The Past Dues Manager
Navigate to Members/Customers > Manage Past Dues. Click on the Text (SMS) tab to open up text messaging options. This screen will allow you to filter the past dues list, select a message, and send a text blast.
A sufficient credit balance is required for SMS message to be sent. SMS blast messages are only sent from 10am EST to 10pm EST. If you send a blast outside of those hours, it will be held in ClubReady until the send window opens.

2. Apply Filters
Click the 3 lines next to Past Dues Lookup to access filtering options. Make your selections to narrow down your target audience.
3. Select A Message
Due to SMS delivery restrictions, you must select from one of ClubReady's pre-written messages. After you have selected an optional purpose, use the drop down menu next to Select Message Body. Clicking on the link Show me the tags I can use in Past Due text messages will display an orange box with tag information that may be used, depending on which message you select.

4. Send The Blast
Once you are ready to send your text blast, click on Send Text Message (SMS) Blast
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- General / Misc: Can access past dues manager
- Member Management : Communication: Can send bulk SMS text messages
