This article and video will guide you on how to delete customers/members or prospects from ClubReady.
First, Do You Really Want To Delete?
Deleting a prospect may make sense - maybe they were added twice by mistake, or you just know that they will never sign up and don't want to see their name in the system again.
Deleting old clients is not a good idea. These are classified as inactive and do not interfere with any of your numbers. Keeping them as inactive status is a useful set of data - they may come back, you may want to touch base with them later, they may have a complaint or even lawsuit down the line - do you really want to have no information about them ever again.
Okay, So You Want To Delete, What Are The Steps?
Before you delete you will need to resolve or delete any of the following items:
Cancel Bookings - Any future bookings must be cancelled. To learn more on how to cancel bookings, click here.
Delete Sessions - Customer must not have any existing / unused session credits. To learn more on how to delete sessions, click here.
Cancel Agreement - Any future payments (draft) and disable Auto-renew agreements (invoices created monthly). To learn more on how to cancel an agreement, click here.
Update Member's Expiration Date - Future membership expiration (only applies to membership clubs) need to be set to be expired. To learn more on how to update a member's expiration date, click here.
When confirming you wish to delete the client, you may receive a message stating that you cannot delete the account. You will need to check the client for the issues above and resolve before you can delete the client.
Search and select desired person. Go to Prospect or Customer / Member > All Detail. You can take note of the clients ID in the system. With common names you may have more than one client so the client ID will come in handy in confirming this client was deleted successfully. Select the General > Delete This User From The System.
Click OK to confirm that you wish to delete the client. Click

1. I deleted the wrong person in ClubReady, is there a way to recover this clients account?
Yes, you may submit a request to ClubReady Support to recover an account. We highly advise that you do not delete anyone. Instead simply move or keep them as inactive, this way you will always have important notes and information that may be beneficial if client decides to return to your location.
2. Client has two profiles, one is active and the other is a prospect. Instead of deleting one of the profiles, what are my options?
