This article will guide you through accessing a fitness evaluation to a client.
Search and select the desired client. Click on the Wellness button to continue.
From the Wellness tab, select the link for Fitness Evaluations.
NOTE: The link for Fitness Evaluations will only be active if a fitness evaluation has been created for this customer. For more information on adding a fitness evaluation, click here.
If you have multiple fitness evaluations you will be able to select them by date of completion from the left margin of this screen.
To print the evaluation click on the printable version link.
To make changed to the evaluation click on the the edit evaluation link.
To delete the evaluation click on the delete evaluation link.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Prospect Management - Can access prospects
- Member Management: General - Can access member options
- Member Management: Wellness - Can access member wellness options
