This article will guide you through assisting clients with the Meal Planning tab.
After you access the client's account or have them log in and click on the Nutrition and Meal Planning tab.
Meal planning will show you actual meals logged by clients that have a similar nutritional and calorie targets to you.
The first time you access meal planning you will be prompted to select a day plan and click the Go! button.
To start click on the date that you want to start your meal planning. The calendar is located on the right side of the screen.

If you do not like the meal plan click on the button I DON'T LIKE THIS - CHANGE IT
If you do like the meal plan click on the button SAVE THIS FOOD DAY. The next step in this article will go over saving a meal plan in detail.
You also have the option to save any food item to your food log for the current day. To perform this click on the button MOVE ALL TO FOOD LOG. This is a great way to add items to your food log where you can then add them as a food favorite for making future logging quicker.
As you are looking and adding meal plans you can also view the shopping list by clicking on the SHOPPING LIST button under the calendar.
If you want t save meal plans type in a name and click the Save button.
After you have saved all of the plans you like click on the SHOPPING LIST button under the calendar.
Next select how many weeks or months you want the shopping list for and then click in the Create List button. Once the list is generated click on the link Download Shopping List.
Here is an example of a shopping list generated by the Meal Plan feature. Now you can easily shop for the items needed to plan and prepare meals based on your dietary needs.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
