This article will guide you through creating a purpose. Purposes allow you to classify and filter your tasks on the Lead Management Dashboard.
Navigate to Setup > Automation > Purposes.
Name of the Purpose - Name your purpose for task classification.
Purpose Type - Select from the drop down if the purpose will be for Membership Sales, Internal Sales, Retention, Collections or No Type.
Click on Create the New Purpose to save your new purpose.
- Only leads and automation tasks with "Membership Sales" selected as the purpose will show on the Lead Management Dashboard.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Setup: Can access setup
- Setup: Can access purposes setup
