This article will guide you on how to upload (add), remove (delete) or edit (change) a client's photo.
1. Uploading a Photo
Under the Prospect, Members or Custs tab, use the search bar to generate a search for the client. Click profile picture.
Click the UPLOAD A PHOTO button and click Browse to locate the image file. Click the Add Photo button and the photo will be successfully added to the client's profile. You will see a preview of the photo and an Added on date and time.
2. Take a Photo with a Webcam
Once you are on the Edit ID Photo page select WEBCAM PHOTO.
The first time your webcam is used in ClubReady, you will receive a popup message asking for permission to use the camera. Click Allow.
Once on the Edit ID Photo - Webcam Capture page, there will be two visible frames. The Webcam frame is displaying what the webcam is currently capturing. The Preview frame will be blank.
Once ready to capture the image, you will want to have your subject rather close to the camera with their face occupying the Webcam frame to get the best shot.
When ready, click the Take Picture button.
The captured image will be displayed in the Preview frame. The Webcam frame will continue to display the live webcam, allowing you to take a new picture until a suitable profile picture is taken. Once satisfied with the results, click Save as Profile Picture.
3. How to Remove Photo
Under the Prospect, Members or Custs tab, use the search bar to generate a search for the client. Click on the client to select him or her from the results. Click profile picture. Choose REMOVE A PHOTO. The photo has successfully been removed from the client's profile.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Customer Management : General - Can access client options
- Customer Management : General - Can update customer ID photo
