This article will assist you with steps on how to edit member/customer's address, phone, email or other basic profile information.
1. Access Client Profile
Click Members/Customers or Prospects. Type in the search field the members name. Click on the member/customer's name. Select Profile.
2. Edit Client Profile
There are options to edit Member/Customer Type, Name, Address, Phone Numbers, Email, Emergency Contacts, Email Preferences, etc. Once changes have been made be certain to select Click to Update at the top right corner or bottom left corner of this page to save any changes that might have been made.

Can a customer edit their own profile details?
- Customer permissions to edit their profile are set per location. Options are available to allow a customer to edit name, address, phone, email address, emergency contacts as well as profile photo & payment profile. Customers view these details, and edit based on club settings, under their client login.
Is a new profile created for a name added in Referred by Member field?
- Referred by Member allows you to select from profiles previously entered in ClubReady. To learn benefits of this field refer to our Referred Members article.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
