This article will guide you through cancelling a service booking for a customer.
1. Select The Session You Want To Cancel
To cancel a service click on Bookings > Grid View. Select the session you wish to cancel - a window will open with booking options.
2. Complete The Cancellation
This option will show the Bookings details screen. Click the Cancel tab.
Select whether this was a Customer Cancellation (client loses session) or Not Customers Fault (client retains session).
You can choose to send a notification email or SMS. You may also add an Optional Internal Note if desired.
Click Cancel This Booking button to continue to the confirmation screen, and then click OK to complete cancellation.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Scheduling: Can access scheduling
- Scheduling: Can cancel bookings - client cancellation
- Scheduling: Can cancel bookings - not client's fault
