General Overview: Desktop Check In App & Check In Monitor
To make sure you see Desktop Check-In application ClubReady icon located in the bottom right of the task bar. If you don't see it you may have to click on the hidden icon arrow to the bottom right of the screen. If it still needs to be installed you can find information on that here, and if you need to setup the application click here.
To get to the Check-In Monitor tab click on Main, and then click on Check-In Monitor or hover over Main with the mouse and then move down to Check-In Monitor
Below will show the different types of information you would see when a member checks in using the Desktop Check-In application, and as well what would show on the Check-In Monitor tab of your Clubs ClubReady site

Successful Member Check In
This icon will appear as green in the lower-right of the screen from the Desktop Check-In application for an active member.
The information will appear on the Check-In Monitor tab for the active member.
Cross Club Member Check In
This icon will appear as green in the lower-right of the screen from the Desktop Check-In application for a member who is 'approved' for cross-club check in.
This information will appear on the Check-In Monitor tab for the 'approved' cross-club member. The members home club will be in brackets.
Failed / Inactive Member Check In
This icon will appear in red at the lower-right of the screen from the Desktop Check-In application for an inactive customer. Check the Check-In Monitor tab for more information regarding the reason for the failed check in.
This information will appear on the Check-In Monitor tab for a failed/inactive member. Make sure to see the reasons in the information provided on what needs to be taken care of to resolve the issue.
Unknown Login
This icon will appear red in the lower-right of the screen from the Desktop Check-In application for an unknown login. Typically this is due to the barcode card not being in the clubs database. To handle this issue make sure the barcode was entered correctly for that member. To see more information on how to add a barcode to member please click here.
In this event there will be no information to show up in the Check-In Monitor tab as its an unknown barcode.

Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Club Check-In: Can view club check-in monitor
- Desktop Check-In application installed on PC and running.
