This article will guide you through adding a Brivo card to a member's account.
1. Access Client Profile
Find the Prospect or Member/Customer you wish to assign or update a barcode for. Click on All Detail > Check-in > Door Access Setup.
A window will appear. Select Enable Brivo User to upload the current user into the Brivo platform where you can now assign them a card.
2. Assign An Existing Card
If you choose to assign an existing card, you will see a drop down to select what card Format and Facility Code. Once you select the correct Format and Facility Code there will be an option to search by card Value. Type in the card Number the user will be using. Click Assign Card to 'Member' to save your changes.
3. Assign A New Card
If you chose to enter a new card, the user will be provided with a card that is not already in the ClubReady system. Select the Card Type from the drop down and add the Card Value. Click Add Card For 'Member' to save your changes.
