This article will guide you on how to access and manage your Bookings Day List.
1. Day List: All Events
Navigate to Bookings > Day List.
From here you are able to view all scheduled bookings for the day. To change the date you are viewing, use the calendar option on the right side of the screen. You may choose to check mark the option to Hide The Past if you do not wish to see past bookings.
NOTE: If you wish to export a printable copy of the Day List, select the pdf icon next to the calendar.
When looking at the list of customers booked in your club, you might notice around their profile picture is showing a color. Please refer below to what each color means:
Green - Customer showed for the booking.
Orange/Yellow - Customer does not have a waiver on their account.
Red - Customer was marked as a no-show.
2. Day List: Consults
To view all of the consults for the day, select the Consults tab. You can view the time, consult type, provider and customer name. From this screen you can manage the booking by selecting the Booking ID number or use the Work It to manage your tasks.
3. Day List: Services
To view all of the services for the day, select the Services tab. You can view the time, service type, provider and customer name. From this screen you can manage the booking by selecting the Booking ID number or use the Work It to manage your tasks.
4. Day List: Classes
Select the Classes tab to view all classes for the day. This screen will display the time and session type. You can view the class attendees list and manage if you want to use the Work It tool, make a new booking or log the booking.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Scheduling: Can access scheduling
