This article will show you where you are able to Add or Edit Staff Bio's.
1. Access Staff Bio Setting
Navigate to Setup > Staff > Staff Bio's.
Search on the list for the staff member name and click on the edit pencil. Enter the Bio Title and then type Bio Text. When you are done click Update Bio. Once you have updated the staff members Bio you can always go back in the same way and edit or add any information that is needed.
2. Publish Staff Bio
The same screen will show the publishing list API which you may provide to your web designer to publish your staff bios to your website. Simply copy and past the html wherever you want the bio list to appear.
The list on the left are staff bio's that are not currently included on the staff bio list. Click the green plus sign to add them to the staff bio list. The list on the right are staff bio's included on the staff bio list. Click the red x to remove them from the list.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Club Setup: Can access setup
- Club Setup: Can access staff bio setup
