This article will walk a staff member through managing their profile including changing their password.
Please Note:
- Club ID and Profile ID: Your profile dropdown is where you can also locate your club and profile ID. Using Sally Sales (see image under step one) '2431' is the club ID sally has access to, and '3544111' is sally's staff profile ID. This information can be helpful to know when reaching out to ClubReady support.
- Make this my default page: You can set your start page to be any page (any tab) you wish using this feature in the profile dropdown menu.
- Switch to large menu and switch to small menu: Large menu will display the club name above the tab menu, and small menu will only display the tab menu.
1. Accessing Your Profile: Log into your site. In the top-right corner click on your picture icon. Select option View Profile.
2. Edit Profile Information: From the Profile screen you can view your assigned barcode (Clock In/Out), update your profile, weekly availability, notifications, and photo. To update your profile perform the following:
3. My Profile Tab: Update your information; entering your email is important for notifications from ClubReady. The log in section will allow you to change your username (if what you want is not already taken) and password.
4. Click TO Update Your Profile: Make sure to save your changes.
