This article will guide you through changing a staff member's staff type at the club or corporate level.
1. Locate Staff Profile
Navigate to the Staff tab, search and select the desired staff member by either using the staff search bar by name.
You can also search for the specific staff person by choosing the staff person's current staff type assigned and clicking on their name.
2. Edit Staff Type
On the summary screen click the edit pencil next to the staff member's admin type. Select the new admin type from the drop-down list. Click the Update button to save your changes.
NOTE: Your staff member will need to log out and log back in for the changes to take effect.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Staff Management - Can access staff menu tab
- Staff Management - Can access staff member options
- Staff Management - Can change a club staff members staff type
