This video and article will guide you through blocking time as unavailable in ClubReady. This is time that would normally be available, but needs to be made unavailable this one time (vacations, doctor's appointment, etc.).
1. Accessing the Scheduling 'Grid View'
Navigate to Bookings > Grid View to locate the day and time you wish to mark as unavailable and click on the calendar to open your options.
2. Block Time
Click Block Out Some Time.
Choose the duration of time to mark as unavailable. You may choose the color for the unavailable period to display on your schedule and can also include a comment about the unavailable period. There is an option to repeat the unavailable period as well. Select Make Unavailable.
The time will now appear unavailable on the schedule. Staff will not be able to schedule any bookings within this blocked out time. Admins can always override.
Mark Time As Available
To make the unavailable time available click on the unavailable period and then select Make Available.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Scheduling: Can access scheduling
- Scheduling: Can add / remove unavailable blocked out times for all staff
