This article will guide you through exporting a staff list to an Excel document.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
1. Accessing Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Staff > Staff List.
You can choose to Include deleted staff members, Show address, Show phone number and Show store login access.
Click on Run Report.
2. Accessing Your Report
The online report will contain the following information:
Store State - This will show the club's state initials.
Staff Name - Employee first and last name. Including their Employee ID.
Admin Type - Their current staff type.
Employment Date - Date employment started
Gender - Employee's gender
DOB - Employee's date of birth.
To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Reporting - Can access reports (must be enabled to see any reports)
- Reporting - Can access staff: provider excel export
