EFT vs. PIF Report
This article will guide you through generating and understanding the EFT vs. PIF report. The EFT vs. PIF report allows you to easily view how much you have collected in Paid in Full (PIF) agreement amounts vs. Termed, or recurring, (EFT) agreement amounts. If a customer or member has multiple agreements during the date range for which you have generated the report, they will appear as a separate line item for each separate agreement.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
1. Accessing Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Sales > EFT vs. PIF.
Select your date range from the calendars or choose a preset date range. Additional filters include:
Search Criteria - You will need to select each package type that you want to appear in the report; Membership, Membership Add-Ons, and/or Services
By User ID - Here you can run the report for a specific Customer/Member by their user id
Show PIF Evergreen as - This option will be for packages that go straight into evergreen after the first month
Excel Export Only - select this option if you would like to Export to excel rather than view the online report
Once you have selected the desired filters, click Run Report.

2. Understanding Your Report
User Id - This is the customer/member ClubReady user id.
Member Name - Shows the client's name
Membership Type - This is the current membership type associated to the customer/member.
Fees - Amount of fees for the customer/member. The total of all is displayed at the top.
Paid In Full - The total amount paid of a Paid in Full agreement. The total of all is displayed at the top.
EFT- The amount of term payment(s) paid by customer/member for the date range selected. The total of all is displayed at the top.
# Left - This is the number of term payments remaining on the agreement for this customer/member.
Evergreen - Total amount of Evergreen (auto renew) invoices paid by the customer / member
Active (date the report was generated) - Is the Customer/Member considered active that day that the report was generated: yes or no.
Next Payment Due - This is the day that the next payment is due for this customer/member.
Package Name - This is the name of the sales package.
To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.
 
 
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Can access reports (must be enabled to see any reports)
- Can access sales: EFT vs. PIF
