Lead Conversions YOY Report

This article will guide you through running and understanding the Lead Conversions YOY Report. This report will display all Prospects who were converted into Active Members given the date range chosen.

1. Accessing Your Report

Navigate to Reports > Intelligence > Lead Conversions YOY.

Select the time frame needed by choosing your months to be observed in the drop down boxes. Choose Run Report.

     

2. Understanding Your Report

Leads Added - Amount of prospects added within the year/month.

Converted - Leads that converted to Members within the year/month.
Conversion % - Percentage of converted members by year/month.

To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.

     

Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.

• Reporting - Can access reports (must be enabled to see any reports)
• Reporting - Can access Intelligence: Lead Conversions YOY
