This article will guide you on how to enable your sales package to start in a future date. This setting can be useful when creating pre-sale packages for your customers.
Please Note:
- This feature is only available on the ClubReady Corporate Portal.
- In the event the pre-sale date moves, any agreement associated with the pre-sale package will automatically change to reflect the new pre-sale date.
1. Access Sales Package Settings Tab: While in the Corporate Portal locate your sales package under Setup > Sales > Sales Packages and select your sales package to open to the Settings tab.
2. Enable Future Start Date: Locate the setting Enable Package On to choose from the calendar when you wish to have this specific sales package available to be sold. Once a future start date has been selected, you can select if the package is eligible for pre-sale. If a package is configured in pre-sale, it designates that this package can be sold today but any new agreement with this package cannot start before the selected pre-sale date comes to pass.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Club Setup - Can access setup
- Club Setup - Can access sales packages setup
