This is an article that will guide you through on how you can make a sales packages available for purchase through the Point of Sale Shortcuts Pad.
Please Note:
- This option is only available for Service and Membership Add-On package types.
1. Edit Sales Package: In order to edit the sales package to allow it to be purchased at the POS you are going to go to Setup > Sales > Sales Packages. Then you are going to choose the sales packages that you want available for POS shortcuts.
2. Make Available for POS Shortcuts: Under the package Settings tab scroll down to the bottom to locate the option Available to Add to POS Shortcuts and turn that option on by clicking Yes.
After you click yes you will have the option to enter a POS Shortcut Name. The name you choose is the name that will show on the POS shortcuts button when you have added it to the shortcuts pad. Now that the package is set to be available to add to POS Shortcuts, you will want to follow the steps in How-to: Add Sales Packages and Products to the POS Shortcuts Pad.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Club Setup: Can access setup
- Club Setup: Can access sales packages setup
