This article will guide you through cancelling a class or service booking using the ClubReady Team Mobile App.
Requirements - Staff will need to have the ClubReady App downloaded to their phone and a Username and Password that has been provided by their club.
Log into the ClubReady Team Mobile App using your username and password.
1. Cancel A Service Booking
On your dashboard, make sure My Schedule mobile widget is enabled. To learn more about how to enable mobile widgets to display on your dashboard, click here.
Use the calendar to view your scheduled bookings. Listed below the calendar are all of your upcoming bookings. Use the arrows on the left and right side of the current month selected to move between months.
Select the name of the service you wish to cancel. The details of the appointment will display.
To cancel this booking, answer Did the member request this cancellation? with a Yes or No. Click OK to proceed with the cancellation.
NOTE: Selecting Yes will consume the credit for the customer.
2. Cancel A Class Booking
On your dashboard, select the Classes option in the navigation bar.
Select the name of the class your member is booked in.
To cancel this booking, slide the customer's name to the left. The following options will display: Show, No Show and Cancel. Selecting Show or No Show allows you to manually log the booking. Click Cancel to proceed with booking cancellation.
Select from the Remove Attendee window Is this cancellation the member's fault? with a Yes or No. Click OK to proceed with the cancellation.
NOTE: Selecting Yes will consume the credit for the customer.
