This article will explain how to run and understand the By Package Type Report. This report breaks down gross sales amounts by package type, including down payments, draft and past dues. Any associated setup fees or other fees are not included.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
1. Accessing Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Sales > Sales By Package Type.
Select the date range or a preset date range. You can filter the report to Only show packages that have sales data over the selected date range. Click Run Report.
2. Understanding Your Report
The online report will display the following information:
Package Name - This will list the name of the sales package.
Down - Amount of down payments generated by the sales package.
Draft - Amount of drafted invoices in the agreement term collected to date.
Auto-Renew - Amount of Auto-Renew invoices collected to date.
Past Dues - Amount invoices collected that are currently in Collection Status.
Due Not Yet Paid - Due not paid are amounts due in the date range but currently still unpaid.
To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Reporting: Can access reports (must be enabled to see any reports)
- Reporting: Can access sales: by package type
