New Members Report
This article will guide you through running and understanding the New Members Report. For membership clubs, this report provides a list of users that became members during the selected date range (It is driven by the Member Since date on the user profile). For PT clubs, the list is for users that became PT customers during the selected date range (It is driven by the first date that the user purchased PT services from the club).
1. Accessing Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Members > New Members.
At the top of the page you will have the option to choose a specific date range or use the Preset Date Ranges available to the right of the calendars. You will be able to choose to filter by Membership Type. The check box is to verify if they are Responsible Members Only. Click Run Report.
NOTE: A responsible member is the primary member that sets the status for any member associated to them. Primary/Associated Members
2. Understanding Your Report
The online report will contain the following information:
User ID - Clients ID number in ClubReady. This can be clicked on to navigate to the user's profile.
Last Name - Clients last name
First Name - Clients first name
Cell Phone - Clients cell phone number
Phone - Clients phone number
Email - Clients email
Added - Date each user was added to the system as a prospect
Closed - Date they signed a new agreement, this is the membership date
Days To Convert - How long (in days) before the client became a member (days between Added and Closed)
Member Type - Membership type per the sales package
Referred By - Was the client referred by a current prospect/member
Up Front - The paid up front amount on each user's first agreement. For membership clubs, the report only uses their first non-cancelled membership agreement. For PT clubs, the report uses their first non-cancelled agreement of any type
Invoice - The total price of each user's first agreement (using the same agreement criteria)
Months - The number of months of the first agreement
EFT - The first EFT amount due on the first agreement, excluding late fees, returned payments and $0 invoices
Evergreen - Yes/No depending if the contract will roll into auto renewal when the initial contract length has ended
To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the following permissions.
- Reporting: Can access report (must be enabled to see any reports)
- Reporting: Can access members: new customers
