This article will guide you through generating and interpreting the Member Attrition report. This report will display member attrition for the specific period.
Please Note:
- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
1. Accessing Your Report
Navigate to Reports > Members > Member Attrition.
Select a date range from the calendar or use one of the Preset Date Ranges. Choose if you want to include Membership Packages, Membership AddOns and/or Only Include Paid Packages.
Click on Run Report.
2. Understanding Your Report
The report will contain the following information:
Store Id - The ClubReady ID for your location.
Location Name - This will display the club name.
Active - Total of active members in the club.
Cancelled - Total of cancelled members in the club.
Frozen - Total of frozen members in the club.
Expired - Total of expired members in the club.
New - Total of newly added members for the time selected.
"Month" Gain - Overall number for how many members were gained since the previous month.
To export the data, select the floppy disk and choose your method of export: CSV (comma delimited), PDF, or Excel..
