This article will guide you in using the My Schedule Changes Widget on your dashboard.
This widget shows you any changes that have been made to your schedule over the last 10 Days. Any changes that were made since your last login are highlighted in yellow. You will see new bookings or cancellations. The current status, ( Open, Session completed successfully, rescheduled, cancelled - session lost), for each booking will also display.
For more detail on the booking, click on the booking event; new booking, cancelled, within the widget.
To jump to the customer's profile, click on their name from the widget.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with permissions to add/view this widget to their dashboard.
