This article will guide you in using the Add Lead Widget on your dashboard. This widget allows new leads to be added without leaving our dashboard.
Basic information on your lead can be added through the widget. It is possible to also assign a free package and select a consultant to assign the prospect to for follow up purposes.
Some of the fields on this widget can be included in your duplicate search by default, to help prevent adding duplicate profiles. To learn more about the similar user settings, click here.
By selecting Work this prospect after adding, you will be taken to the contact, sales script and fast book options with the work it tool. Click Add New Prospect to add your lead to your database.

2. Can I set a default Lead Type so all my leads fall under a single category?

3. How can I add more lead types to my Lead Type options?
Lead types can be added by an administrator with permissions to Setup > Lead Types. You may have a lead type that is currently not available to be selected from your options. Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or a staff login with the permissions to add/view this widget to their dashboard.
