ClubReady does not have a designated report, filter, or widget that alerts when a customer has reached an anniversary with you. However, we suggest that you utilize (and run) the Member List report to easily ad hoc the information.

- The retrieval of reports is limited to a 10-year timeframe from the current date, and the download process may vary in duration depending on the selected time frame.
- Reports are not customizable.
- This report reflects outcomes in real-time.
1. Active Members: Run the report for your members who are currently hold an active profile. The "active" status does not factor in actively attending or current on membership payment.
2. Select Custom Text Field to Include (optional): Select from the client type.
3. Download (file icon): Suggestion to download the report to filter with ease; step 4.
4. Utilize the following columns:
- Member Since: Filter by current month.
- Membership Ended and Membership Effective End: Filter out members who are no longer, or will no longer, be a member with your facility.
- Currently Frozen (optional): Depending on your message, suggestion to separate your active vs. frozen members.
