This article will guide you through the steps on how to confirm a class booking (e.g. Group PT, Pilates). The "confirmation" setting does not indicate that a client is marked as a "show" or "completed"; it simply notifies the system that the client has approved the booking.
1. Access Schedule
Navigate to Bookings.
Click on the specific class session you want to confirm the user's booking.
2. Confirm Booking
Within the Training information of the booking, select the specific user you wish to confirm.
Select Show Details for the Booking Information.
Click the Confirm button.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or staff login with the following permissions:
- Scheduling: Can access scheduling
- Scheduling: Can confirm and unconfirm a booking
