This article will guide you through the steps on how to confirm a service booking (e.g. Personal Training). The "confirmation" setting does not indicate that a client is marked as a "show" or "completed"; it simply notifies the system that the client has approved the booking.
1. Access the Schedule
Navigate to Bookings.
Click on the specific booking you want to confirm.
2. Confirm Booking
Within the Training information of the booking, click the Confirm button.
Requirements - A 'Master Admin' login or staff login with the following permissions:
- Scheduling: Can access scheduling
- Scheduling: Can confirm and unconfirm a booking
