This article will guide you through understanding the Lock Clubs Settings at the Corporate level which allows specific club level settings to fixed and not editable at club level. Locked settings can be created for the entire chain or specific divisions, districts, or clubs.
Please Note:
- When a new club is added to a chain, any lock that is already in place does not automatically update to include the newly added club.
- When a new club is added, the chain lock needs to be removed and then re-added.

Navigate to Setup > Other Corp Setup > Lock Club Settings.
Branding
- Color Scheme - If toggled Yes, when clubs try to access branding setup under Setup > General > Branding > Login Page, it will say "These settings are not editable at the club level".
- Club Name - If toggled Yes, when clubs try to adjust the club name under Setup > General > General Settings > Your Club Name, it will not allow to edit.
Package Settings
- Draft Day - If selected, the Draft Days Template setting (within the Sales Package setup) will default to the option chosen and not be editable.
- Clubs cannot add new packages - If toggled Yes, when clubs try to add a sales package under Setup > Sales > Sales Packages it will not be available.
Billing
- Place past due invoices into Past Due Status - If toggled Yes, this setting will be automatically enabled for the studios. This setting can be located under Setup > Sales > Sales Settings > Late Pays.
- New members By Default Are Set To get Payment Receipts - If toggled Yes, members who sign for a membership will automatically receive email receipts when completing a payment.
- Days Before Adding Past Due Invoices to Past Due Status - If an option is selected, this will be the default setting for the studios. This setting can be located under Setup > Sales > Sales Settings > Late Pays.
- Days Before Adding Automatic Late Payment Fees - If an option is selected, this will be the default setting for the studios.
- Late Payment Fee Amount - The amount entered will default for the studios. This setting can be located under Setup > Sales > Sales Settings > Late Pays.
- Returns/NSF Fee Amount - The amount entered will default for the studios. This setting can be located under Setup > Sales > Sales Settings > Late Pays.
- Enforce A Payment Method For Agreements With Draft - If toggled Yes, this setting will be automatically enabled for the studios. This setting can be located under Setup > Sales > Sales Settings > New Agreements.
- Attach Agreement PDF To New Agreement Emails - If toggled Yes, this setting will be automatically enabled for the studios. This setting can be located under Setup > Sales > Sales Settings > New Agreements.
- Session Credits Tied To Returned Payments - If an option is selected, this will be the default setting for the studios. This setting can be located under Setup > Sales > Sales Settings > Late Pays.
- Can Transfer New Agreement Payments To Point Of Sale - If toggled Yes, this setting will be automatically enabled for the studios. This setting can be located under Setup > Sales > Sales Settings > New Agreements.
- 3rd Party Status After x Days - If an option is selected, this will be the default setting for the studios. This setting can be located under Setup > Sales > Sales Settings > Late Pays.
Scheduling
- Service - must have credit to book - If an option is selected, this will be the default setting for the studios. This setting can be located under Setup > Scheduling > Services > Settings for each individual service type.
- Classes - Class Credits Required - If an option is selected, this will be the default setting for the studios. This setting can be located under Setup > Scheduling > Classes/Group > Settings for each individual class type.
- Apply Payroll Eligibility - If toggled Yes, this setting will be automatically enabled for the studios. This setting can be located under Setup > Scheduling > Scheduling Settings.
- No payroll after # bookings in a row - If an option is selected, this will be the default setting for the studios. This setting can be located under Setup > Scheduling > Scheduling Settings.
- Apply Payroll Eligibility - Type - If an option is selected, this will be the default setting for the studios. This setting can be located under Setup > Scheduling > Scheduling Settings.
- Automatically Clean-up Session Credits - If toggled Yes, this setting will be automatically enabled for the studios. This setting can be located under Setup > Scheduling > Scheduling Settings.
- Automatically Clean-up Session Credits - take credits from future bookings if needed - If toggled Yes, this setting will be automatically enabled for the studios. This setting can be located under Setup > Scheduling > Scheduling Settings.
- Unlogged Bookings - If an option is selected, this will be the default setting for the studios. This setting can be located under Setup > Scheduling > Scheduling Settings.
- Unlogged Bookings: After x Days - If an option is selected, this will be the default setting for the studios. This setting can be located under Setup > Scheduling > Scheduling Settings.
- Booking Reminders - If toggled Yes, this setting will be automatically enabled for the studios. This setting can be located under Setup > Scheduling > Booking Reminders.
- Classes - Disable the ability to create class types - If selected, the studios will not have the option to create new classes.
- Services - Disable the ability to create service types - If selected, the studios will not have the option to create new services.
Kiosk
- Problem Redirect - If selected, this option will be enabled by default. This setting can be located under Setup > General > Check In Web Kiosk > Functionality.
- Check In Method - If a check in method is selected, it will be automatically enabled for all studios under Setup > General > Check In Web Kiosk.
Prospects
- Prospect Form: Show Referral Type - If toggled Yes, this setting will be automatically enabled for the studios. This setting can be located under Setup > Leads > Add Lead Form.
- Prospect Form: Require Referral Type - If toggled Yes, this setting will be automatically enabled for the studios. This setting can be located under Setup > Leads > Add Lead Form.

Members
- Member Transfers - Once the lock is created, the Move Member Tab is no longer visible in that location.
