This article will walk you through the setup instructions for your Ingenico POS device.

Setup Ingenico Link 2500
Getting Started
Upon arrival of your device from POS Portal, you are required to follow the below steps.
- Plug in device using USB-C cord
- The device should chirp, but may not turn on
- The device will need 4 hours to be fully charged the first time.
- The battery life will last approximately 2 hours. It will display orange prior to being fully depleted.
- If device has not powered on by itself, press and hold the green button
- Make sure to have your ClubReady site open for the device activation.
Once the device is charged
1. Turn device ON by pressing and holding the green button.
2. A welcome screen will display. Once the loading screen is done, it will show triPOS.
3. Press 0001 on the keypad to enter the ADMIN MENU. Select WiFi Parameters (you can scroll using the arrow buttons and select using the green button or press button number 2)
If WiFi is not enabled, select the green button to Enable.
4. Select Scan Networks (you can scroll using the arrow buttons and select the green button or press button number 2)
6. The screen will show "Scanning..."
7. Select your preferred wifi option from the provided list.
8. Enter your wifi password. The screen will default to display numbers. You can choose the bottom buttons to change to upper case letters or lower case letters.
You can also use the arrows to maneuver:
- F1 = left
- F2 = up
- F3 = down
- F4 = right
7. Once your password has been entered, you will need to scroll to the green option (bottom right) and hit the green button.

The wifi icon will now display green instead of white in the upper left corner.
8. Shutdown your Link 2500 by pressing the yellow button and the # key at the same time. Once it completely shuts down, press the green button and you will hear a chirp/beep.
9. Once it completely shuts down, press the green button and you will hear a chirp/beep once it turns on. The device will display the welcome cycle.
10. Once it finalizes, the activation code will be displayed.
NOTES:
- Activation codes on Link 2500 device will begin with a letter followed by six numbers.
- Be prepared to setup your device in ClubReady since the activation code will change every 15 minutes.

Setup Ingenico Lane 3000
Getting Started
Upon arrival of your device from POS Portal, you are required to follow the below steps.
1. Plug Ethernet/HDMI cable to the back of the device with the HDMI plug
2. Plug Ethernet/HDMI cable into ethernet outlet
3. Plug in power supply cable to the Ethernet/HDMI power female port
4. The device should chirp and start welcome screen
5. Once the device has started up, the Activation Code will display.
NOTES:
- Activation codes on Lane 3000 device will begin with 'P' followed by six numbers; whereas activation of the Link 2500 device will begin with a 'C' followed by six numbers.
- Be prepared to setup your device in ClubReady since the activation code will change every 15 minutes.
6. You are now ready to log into your ClubReady site to input activation code.
7. Now follow the steps on how to Setup Device in ClubReady.
Setup Device in ClubReady
1. Once in ClubReady, navigate to Setup > Sales > POS Devices.
2. Select Add for each device individually.
3. A pop up window will display the following options:
Name – Create a name for the device (i.e. Front Office or Wireless)
Label – Short name for the same device. This will be the name the staff will see when they process a checkout (max of 7 characters).
Profile – Select Link 2500 US or Lane 3000 US from the drop down
Activation Code – on the terminal itself
4. Once you select Save it can take up to 5 minutes for the system to update the new terminal device. A spinner icon will display on the page while waiting for the status to update.
5. You are not ready to process payments until the status is changed to ACTIVATED. The terminal device may reboot twice before activation is completed.
6. Once ACTIVATED you are now ready to process payments.
Different Statuses:
- New – Just added activation for a new device
- Sent – Sent to the processor to add activated device
- Pending – Near completion
- Activated – Ready to process payments
If device fails...
If you device status changes to Failed, you will need to readd the device.
